When summer hits, zucchini and summer squash are constants on our dinner table. Economical and easy to make, I can&#8217;t get enough of them. With soy sauce and sesame oil, zucchini takes on a buttery, perfectly spiced flavor that goes as well with grilled pork chops, as it would hamburgers. Try it this week. You won&#8217;t be disappointed. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Asian-ish Zucchini<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients<\/em>:<br \/>\n1 zucchini<br \/>\n1 garlic clove, minced<br \/>\n1 tbsp. evoo<br \/>\n1-2 tbsp. soy sauce<br \/>\nA dash of sesame oil<\/p>\n<p>Start by quartering the zucchini and slicing it into half moons. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/misslaney\/9302777975\/\" title=\"summer2013 069 by missalaneyus, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.staticflickr.com\/2816\/9302777975_57554d115b.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"summer2013 069\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Heat evoo over medium low heat. Add the minced garlic, and stir for 30 seconds.
