Last summer, we took a trip to Berlin, Prague, and Vienna. In this post, I\u2019m sharing our favorite stops and experiences from the Prague leg of our trip.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My grandpa’s family immigrated to the U.S. from the Czech Republic (Bohemia). Every time I visited him, we would exchange “How are you’s?” and “I’m fine’s” in Czech. So, you can imagine how special it was to see Prague in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Berlin was urban and gritty, Prague looked like something out of a fairytale with beautiful architecture and vistas around every corner of Old Town. The weather there was much warmer, and money stretched much further than it had in Berlin. (As you can imagine, it had the tourist crowds to go with that winning combination.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where to Stay in Prague<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In Prague, we lived like kings in a gorgeous apartment<\/a>. We loved the space and location. But, I do have two notes. One, the beds weren’t very comfortable. Two, if you’re going to be there longer or if you’re not hitting up the main attractions, I’d stay a little further away from this busy area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
